Foreclosures hit year’s low point (Florida Today)

New foreclosure filings in Brevard County dropped to the lowest level this year in October. It was the third consecutive monthly decline. Last month, 603 new foreclosure suits were filed in the county, down from 688 in September and down from a peak of 963 in March.
