Lawsuit claims Wayne County foreclosures were illegal (Detroit News)

Tens of thousands of Wayne County foreclosures -- and potentially hundreds of thousands across the state -- are unlawful because sheriffs did not follow state law when they conducted foreclosure auctions, an attorney said Wednesday.
